- Take the excess oil out of the pan or add 1 ½ tablespoons of oil into a different pan..
- Add chopped garlic, spring onions to it and saute on a high flame..
- Add soy sauce, tomato sauce and chilli sauce, salt to taste to it..
- Combine the sauces well and add fried vegetables to it..
- Coat the vegetables into the sauce and turn off the flame..
- Crispy veg is ready to serve. Garnish with green onion sprig or freshly chopped cilantro..
