  2. Keep stirring so it doesn't form lumps after 5min or so add your onions, Dania, garlic, Garam masala, chillies and salt..
  3. Let it cook till its dry. Let it cool.now take your mashed potatoes and mix with your already cooked minced meat..
  4. Mix well add a tbs of lemon juice. Make shapes as desired..
  5. Now take your formed cutles dip in egg mixture and deep fry till ready. Repeat that till you're done..
  6. For the bhajias sieve your gram flour add a tbs of soda bicarbonate,fenugreek leaves, Dania and salt to taste. Mix with water till its not too thick nor running..
  7. Put your fresh oil and heat it well then take your potatoes dip in the mixture then deep fry..
  8. Serve with your favorite chutney.
