  3. In a wok pour oil for frying and keep flame at low so oil temperature remains not very hot add one small ball in oil and wait till it floats in oil..now it's time to add all small dough balls and wait till all balls floats on oil now increase the flame to medium and cook till golden brown.
  4. Add fried golden brown balls in sugar syrup and turn off flame..cover balls in hot syrup and wait for 15 minutes.
